Do you have order minimums?

No minimums on DTG-printed shirts, embroidery, and banners — order a single piece if that's all you need. Screen printing is most cost-effective at 12+ pieces because of screen setup, but we'll always recommend the cheapest method for your quantity.

What's the difference between DTG, screen printing, DTF, and vinyl?

DTG (direct-to-garment) prints unlimited colors directly into the fabric — best for photos and detailed art in small runs. Screen printing lays thick, vibrant ink — best value for bold designs in bulk. DTF transfers are pressed onto almost any fabric and stretch without cracking. Can you design my logo or artwork from scratch?

Yes — that's one of our favorite jobs. Bring a napkin sketch, a screenshot, or just an idea and our in-house designers will create print-ready artwork, with two revisions included. You own the final files forever.

What file formats do you accept?

PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI is ideal. We also take JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, and EPS. Low-quality file? We offer vectorizing and cleanup so your print comes out sharp, not pixelated.

Do you ship, or is it pickup only?

Both. Pick up free at our Palmdale shop (4654 Ave S, Suite #187), or we ship anywhere in the US. Local delivery may be available for large orders in the Antelope Valley — just ask.

Standard prints are priced by the gram with the estimate shown before you order: PLA is $0.12/g, PETG $0.15/g, flexible TPU $0.25/g, and high-detail resin $0.35/g, with a $10 order minimum. Personalized items are simple flat rates with all labor included: photo lithophane lamps $39.99 (comparable lamps run $38–55 online), custom logo keychain 10-packs $34.99, and executive desk nameplates $29.99. Shop designs have no setup fee; custom file uploads add a flat $5 setup. Bulk discounts: 10% off 5+ pieces, 20% off 20+.
